Zip Publishing OSU Student PoliciesSecurity The Zip Publishing website features a secure shopping cart that utilizes a Secure Socket Layer and encryption furnished by Ready Hosting. All information sent by the Zip Publishing shopping cart is encrypted using 128 bit encryption, the strongest encryption available. Shipping/Delivery: Materials purchased through the Zip Publishing website will either be delivered or shipped by USPS Mail. On-Campus orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days by courier and will be delivered to your door for a charge of $2.95 for the first item, $1.95 for each additional item for the next three items and no additional charge for more than 4 items. The on-campus area is considered to be within the area bounded by North Fourth Street, Fifth Avenue, Olentangy River Road and Hudson Street. To view a map of the OSU Campus delivery area Click Here. All off campus orders will be shipped via USPS mail and will be delivered within 2-4 business days. All off-campus shipping orders add $5.50 shipping for the first item, $2.95 for each additional item for the next three items and no additional charge for more than 4 items within Ohio. For Shipping outside the state of Ohio, call for shipping costs. Returns: Course Packets and Course CDs are returnable within one week of purchase when accompanied by a drop slip or proof that the class in question has been dropped. A course CD may be exchanged for a comparable course CD in the case of technical difficulties. |
